While I’ve been on my blogging hiatus, I’ve delved yet deeper into nutrition and how our family eats. I’ve been soaking my beans for quite some time, but recently ventured into the grain soaking arena as well. Intimidated at first, once I got going, it was surprisingly less time consuming and required less planning then initially anticipated. We now soak our rice, millet and quinoa and I'm confident our bodies are absorbing more nutrients this way.
